After serving more than 5,700 children and adults with mental health services in 2012; the Four County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services is looking to continue those programs with passage of a renewal levy in November. According to the Adams Board, that renewal levy costs a tax payer with a $100,000 home, about 21-dollars per year.
Since this levy was last approved in 2008, state funding for the Adams Board has been reduced by about 1.6 million dollars.
