Two subjects were bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury after they waived preliminary hearings in Napoleon Municipal Court on Tuesday; and another case was continued.

26 year old Damien Wolpert of Deshler was arraigned on a felony charge of Trafficking in Drugs; and was released on a personal recognizance bond.  Wolpert must also submit to random drug screening, and is scheduled back in court on Thursday.

37 year old Shane Chestnut, address unknown, was bound over to the Grand Jury on a felony charge of Violating a Protection Order.

And 44 year old Jerry Roof of Deshler waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of Receiving Stolen Property.  Roof was also released on his own recognizance.

And in Fulton County Common Pleas court, 19 year old Michael Stone of Toledo pled guilty to Breaking and Entering.  Stone was sentenced to 16 months in prison, and ordered to make restitution to Toledo Edison.
