The Fulton County Commissioners approved more than $16,400 in expenditures for the county’s EMS program. Some of those funds will be utilized for a power cot used in rescue runs; along with other first aid equipment. A Bureau of Worker’s Compensation grant is also helping to pay for some of these expenses.
ODOT will be assisting Fulton County with a road resurfacing project on road 3 and D this summer. The state department of transportation’s contribution is nearly 5-million dollars, of the total project cost of 5.5 million dollars.
And the bill for hauling liquid runoff away from the former Fulton County landfill site during the month of February was approved at $8,640.
