Bond was set at $10,000 for a Detroit, Michigan man that was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court Monday on a felony charge of Possession of Drugs.  24 year old Juan Rocha of Detroit had his initial appearance, and was given an attorney at county expense.  Rocha is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.

And April Dyarmond of Napoleon was arraigned on a felony charge of Forgery.  Dyarmond was released on a personal recognizance bond; and is scheduled to return to court on Friday.


The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 17 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray.  Some of those indictments include:  24 year old Jordan Hahn of Defiance was indicted for Sexual Battery.                 23 year old Derek Sharp of Defiance was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property.                 36 year old Christopher Weaver of Ft. Wayne was indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a first degree felony.                           And 27 year old Christopher Whaley of Hicksville was indicted for Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a minor, in a case involving a victim under 17 years of age.
