Bond was set at $20,000 for a Stryker man that was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on a felony charge of Breaking and Entering.  20 year old Josiah Wallace of Stryker had his initial appearance on the charge Monday; and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.  Wallace must also report to the court probation department twice a week in person.

And 40 year old Crystal Anderson of Deshler was arraigned on a felony charge of Forgery.  Anderson was released on a personal recognizance bond; and was ordered to return for a preliminary hearing on November 21st.


In Fulton County Common Pleas Court, 26 year old Joshua McJilton of Wauseon pled guilty to two counts of Breaking and Entering at a Funeral Home in Wauseon.  McJilton was sentenced to two years of community control, to abide by a curfew, stay out of bars, and to complete the SEARCH program.
