POWER OUTAGE STRIKES NAPOLEON OVERNIGHT

 

It’s believed a lightning strike around midnight was a major factor in a power outage that swept through the Napoleon electric distribution system overnight.   Electric service was knocked-out for most of the south and east portions of the Napoleon city system, with outage lasting from about 12:15am until 1:45 this morning.  Crews worked through the night to restore power to Napoleon city electric customers.
