RADER BOUND OVER TO HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY
A Napoleon man has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on felony charges of Theft, and Failure to Comply with an officer. 30 year old William Rader waived his preliminary hearings on both charges, and bond was continued in the cases.
And 11 persons were indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray. Those indictments include 27 year old Timothy Arps of rural Defiance, who was indicted for Rape. It’s alleged that Arps engaged in sexual conduct with a female victim under the age of 10 in April 2007. The defendant is being held at CCNO.
42 year old Matthew Brubaker of rural Defiance, and 32 year old Jason Kimmet of Deslphos were each indicted for Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, and Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs.
And 39 year old Diana Holmes of Defiance was indicted on five counts of Theft from an Elderly or Disabled Person. It’s alleged that Holmes stole personal items and jewelry while working at a nursing home in Defiance.
