SENTENCES HANDED-DOWN IN HENRY COUNTY COURT, SNUGGS TRIAL SET

 

 

Sentences were handed down in two cases before the Henry County Common Pleas court recently.  40 year old Greg Belcher of Napoleon pled guilty to Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated.  Belcher was placed on community control for five years; and was ordered to spend 30 days at the regional jail.

 

19 year old Chance Roberts of Napoleon pled guilty to Public Indecency; and was ordered to serve 90 days at CCNO, with 80 of those days suspended.

 

A jury trial date has been set for 60 year old Mark Snuggs of Continental, facing 44 felony counts that include Rape and Sexual Battery.  That jury trial is scheduled to get underway June 9th.

 

And 5 defendants are facing hearings for probation violations in Henry County Common Pleas court.  52 year old Kay Harmon of Napoleon was originally convicted of Burglary, 51 year old Larry Mason of Grand Rapids for Robbery, 21 year old Joshua Weber of Defiance for Theft, 22 year old Eric Noykos of Holgate for Trafficking in Marijuana, and 33 year old Timothy Croninger of McClure was convicted of Illegal processing of Drug Documents.
