With a level-3 snow emergency for all northwest Ohio Counties, only emergency travel is allowed.

The Henry County Sheriff’s office reports a snowmobile accident sent Holgate EMS to the scene, in southern Henry County Sunday night.  The incident occurred at 9:32pm in the area of roads Y and 18.  A male subject from the Holgate area sustained injuries; and was transported to the Defiance Regional Medical Center.

A burglary sent the sheriff’s office to a residence on road V near Liberty Center Sunday afternoon, where some jewelry was stolen from the home.

                             The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated close to 25 accidents over the weekend; but none involved injuries.


Napoleon Police investigated criminal damage to property at 323 Unioin Street Friday evening.

A theft complaint was filed from 420 West Maumee around 9pm Friday, where a ring was stolen from a home.

                   And a cell phone was stolen from 330 South Perry Street at 1:48am Saturday.

Napoleon officers picked-up Ronald Patton, Sr. of Napoleon Saturday morning on a warrant for Failing to Appear in court.  Patton was transported to CCNO.

        An arrest was made on East Maumee in Napoleon Saturday around 5pm, when 29 year old George Corona, Jr. of Napoleon was arrested on a temporaray protection order violation

Napoleon police made two arrests for DUI this morning in the city, with 23 year old Timothy England of Defiance, and 31 year old Kenneth Worchuck of Napoleon being cited.

Just after 2:45am this morning, 18 year old Andrew Mackiewitz of Napoleon was acharged with Aggravated Menacing at 1012 North Perry Street.  Mackewitz was transported to CCNO.

A narcotics complaint was investigated in the city by police at 3:10am,

          And a report of Gross Sexual Imposition was investigated in the 1000 block of Dodd Street after 5am this morning.
