TOLEDO WOMAN BOUND OVER TO HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY

 

 

A Toledo woman has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury after waiving her preliminary hearing in Napoleon Municipal Court.  24 year old Brittany Parenteau of Toledo remains in custody on GPS house arrest on a felony-2 charge of Burglary.   Parenteau was ordered to remain in the state of Ohio.

 

34 year old Jerry Coleman, Jr. of Deshler was arraigned on felony charges of Breaking and Entering, along with Possession of Criminal Tools.  Coleman was released on his own recognizance, and is scheduled back in court on June 5th.

 

Also arraigned for Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Criminal Tools was 32 year old Christy Torres of Deshler.   Torres was released a personal recognizance bond.

 

42 year old Michael Sheehy of Hamler was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Domestic Violence.

 

And 43 year old Wayne Helms, Jr. of Napoleon was arraigned on a felony charge of Domestic Violence, and for Disrupting Public Service.  Helms is scheduled for a preliminary hearing next Thursday.
