TWO WOMEN CHARGED WITH SEX OFFENSES INVOLVING JUVENILE FROM YOUTH SERVICES FACILITY

More details are surfacing regarding a report of a walk-away at the Youth Services facility in Washington Township of Henry County.  The sheriff’s office reports two employees at the youth facility allegedly enticed a 14 year old female to walk-away from the detention center earlier this week.  According to the report, the two women then picked-up the teen, and took her for several days to a home in the Rossford area.   The suspects discovered they were being sought by law officers when they did not show-up for work, and eventually turned themselves into the Henry County Sheriff’s office.   After interviews with deputies, 29 year old Jennifer Traver, and 22 year old Jamie Williams-both of Rossford, have been charged with Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and for Interference in Custody.  They were arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on those felony charges Wednesday, and are each being held on cash bonds totaling $100,000.  Traver and Williams are scheduled back in court for preliminary hearings today.
