The warmer weather has criminals on the move in northwest Ohio. The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated three break-ins on Wednesday. A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle at 222 Smith Street in Holgate, in a theft reported yesterday morning after 7am.
Then just after 10:15am Wednesday, a resident at 116 Frazier Avenue in Holgate reported an audio system was stolen from their vehicle.
And just before 5pm last evening, a resident on road K near Custar came home to find their front door had been kicked-in. The burglary resulted in a number of household items stolen.
